I'm sorry but how do you include "luck" in your calcultions?

Even at 1805700.8361937 difficulty blocks can still be found at 100k shares or less ... Everyone knows that difficulty is a way used to average the gambling, it has no impact whatsoever on the numbers of shares needed to solve a block.
