Recently i had some strange issues with my passwords related to hashnest. Fortunately, i was promptly answered by the support and my problem is being solved. 
You get a security email a few days ago, because I did. If contacting support make sure you use support@hashnest.com and not someone out to scam you (you can use the bitmain ticketing system also.
