So pretty much member rank and you paid for it. At least full signature should be allowed 
The forum is not directly involved with bounty managers and do not decide whether a copper member gets paid and which rank they would hold. It's best you contact the bounty campaign directly
Copper membership was introduced for those who couldn't wait the time needed to rank up (and now the one merit required) and need to break some of the restrictions on their account.
