1. The link doesn't work. It gives me "bad gateway".
2. I think that you should start with small coins that need badly more pools and get into bigger coins when you've got a name and people know you are serious. Zero fee may not be enough when nobody knows if you'll pay or not when a miner from your pools hits a block.
3. Try to mine yourself at your pool. People don't really like to go to a pool that has zero hash rate.
