ICO´s are popping everyday and 99% of it are scams to steal ethereum from less informed investors. Hope these bearish times will help to clean most of it.
Even the projects that look like legit are not original enough to create enthusiasm in the potencial investors.
yes I think so too, many ico are scams, even every day popping up, if proven to be a scam no one is responsible. many investors have ignored this.
