The scammers that have kept this Minexcoin scam going are the team behind it including Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev. They are in on the scam because they want to maximise their gains the loss of others.
There were no cards, there are no cards and there was no deal with any bank either directly or through any intermediary. The scam has fallen apart and their desperation shows in the PM Temhuk sent me several hours ago.
