I bet he won't, but I'd also put money on the possibility that he doesn't even know what constitutes "copy/pasting" or the definition of the word "plagiarism".  Either that, or he just wants to waste people's time by having them demonstrate his content theft.  

I know this isn't the thread to discuss it in, but I really wish there was something that could be done so that we don't have this many appeal threads cluttering up Meta.  At this point it's gotten to be at least as bad as the number of account recovery threads.  Would a child board require another moderator?

If you translated something you got from somewhere on the internet and posted it here, that's still plagiarism.
