I need a bitskins verified account(one that can withdraw via litcoin)

Before you say "He is going to use it for fraud" or things like that. Please read my reasons why i can't get verified even if i wanted to.

1. I don't have a passport. I only have a driver's license.

2. I pay my own utility bill but it is not under my name. I am renting a house from my uncle. All the utility bills are under his name.

I know bitskins needs a steam account connected. I don't care if the steam account is new and still has a trade ban.

please understand my situation. i really just want to sell skins and cash it out via ltc/btc/eth as to avoid high fees from withdrawals.
