Well, I was away for quite some time (from cryptos in general) but it seems like the ICO is only paused until further notice. The team will definitely let us know once they have a date when they will resume the token sale.
If they are having challenges carrying on with the tokensale, they should probably refund all investors or utilize the funds raised so far to push this project.
