Market is fluctuating today a lot . But I hope it will not continue. So I am applying HODL at this moment.

I think everyone does not want to get a loss or failure in the investment they make. So, they will choose to hold the coins they have when the price falls and it might be better to continue observing market developments to estimate the possibility that going forward will fall or recover.
