For me I am no longer applying the HODL policy in some of my tokens, I am applying sell off and buy at dip again, since the beginning of this year the market has been going down and selling and buying it back is what i think is a good policy for now, HODL is good when market is making progress.
Hold only occurs when they dare not decide cut loss to buy at lower prices. And then they have missed the opportunity and have to hold in the long term and hope prices go up can reduce losses. I also like you, I do not hold and willing to sell all and buy at lower prices
