just reset your password and your account will be unlocked. you can read my previous post.
after that you can withdraw your coin
i did reset my password, however, my account is still locked.
Any idea how long the unlocking time is?

is there an email from coinarmy, the subject of email is [CoinArmy Klondike Coin Pool] Account auto-locked?
maybe you should click the link given by coin army on that email to unlock your account.
