I'm experimenting with new rpccommands to estimate the health of the network.



For example getpeerinfobyipcount will help you isolate the IPs that make an insane amount of connections to your node.

Like in the case shown above we can clearly see that there is a russian GPU farm that has 51 connections to my full node, which means it occupies more than half of the connections available.

I don't like this and will look for a solution to counteract this abuse.
