I assert that this is unlikely to happen. By Bitcoin is the king of the coin and it contributes to the money born including ETH. Too difficult for ETH when its value is very low with Bitcoin.
Perhaps can Ethereum get more functions on their platform and if the daily volume and usage of Ethereum will increase, we can see it on a higher level, but I do not think that it can cross BTC.
