Pictures are not loading because you dont have high enough forum rank. In meta part of forum you can find out how to become  Copper member so pictures will show. Announcements dont fit in this part of forum.

I also noticed you already have two Announcement threads there. I would suggest you to decide which you will keep and lock the other one.
