So as summary we can say that please trade with extreme caution and try not to make any stress, stress creates unhealthy conditions during our lifetime.
I would say trade based on what your capacity can hold. A lot of people can handle stress easily while some people cannot easily handle it. For most part of it, most people who day trade and those we can only categorize in the faction of those who will actually easily get stressed, have their eyes get bad for monitoring and looking at the screen the whole day, not to even talk of the huge headache that follows it eventually.

Trading can be fun when you are doing it right, but when you over work yourself, your brain, and your mind as you have to make decisions in short period of time, it will most definitely tell on you. Becoming unhealthy due to trading depends on the style of trading you are going with. The last time I checked, trading is good for your pocket as you take advantage of the market fluctuations.

Moreover, you do not necessarily have to day trade before you even start trading at all. There are so many other easy ways to trade by swings, long term trading and the rest which is not stressful and will not require a huge chunk of your time to be able to do it right. It is only someone who day trades that will have to be focused on the screen all day.

As a swing trader, I only even make use of tab trader on my mobile, alert is set to make some decisions based on market movement, and that is all.
