I wrote in their Telegram channel and tried to find out why there is no information on the swap on the exchanges and why not all holders are notified of the replacement of the token. I was told that they had warned the administration of the exchangers, and also spread the news about the swap on the news portals about cryptocurrencies. And if someone from investors is not aware of and did not see this news - these are their problems. And then they blocked me.
It seems that in a few days the tokens on 3 of 4 exchanges where the exchange is trading will become non-working and people will lose their money. I got the impression that developers do not care about thousands of such holders. Who are sleeping right now and do not even realize that in a few days their tokens will become empty.
for those holding VIU tokens on bit-z there might be no problem because bit-z will support the swap process but okex and livecoin have not confirmed it and they don't seem to support so the holder has to swap their tokens manually. oh yeah bro.. what about unclaimed tokens.. whether the unclaimed token will be burned ??
Yesterday I also wrote in support of Livecoin. This morning they replied that they had contacted the developer and would conduct an automatic swap for all users of the exchange. And after that the official news was released on the Livecoin. After this success, I just wrote in support of the OKEx and IDEX exchanges. So far there is no answer (I'm not sure that they will have time to process my request before November 1, but that would be great).
Regarding unclaimed tokens: yes, as far as I understand from the previously mentioned news, all unclaimed tokens on "dead" wallets will be burned. These will be millions of tokens. And this will have a positive impact on the price of the VIU at the end of the fall of the entire market.
