Anyone know where I can find the number of masternodes currently running for each of the three types. I am trying g to determine which ones would be most profitable to run.

Someone knows if its possible to upgrade from a full node to a boot node? I mean like a click and upgrade without too much configuration?

No click and upgrade feature. You cant change the node type in the dashboard.
You will have to create a new bootnode, just follow the docs. Its pretty straightforward.
Remote nodes take a bit more configuration as they require nginx and certbot installation as well.
Oracles will probably take even more setup.
