B) Phase 2
Avaí reserves the right to perform AVAI Token Crowdsale Phase 2 if the following conditions
(the “Conditions”) are cumulatively met:
 -Avaí promoted to Campeonato Brasileiro Série A; and
 - will finish in any of the following 5 seasons at place 10 or higher in Campeonato Brasileiro
s Série A.
If the Conditions are met Avaí reserves the right to issue an additional amount of AVAI
Tokens, up to 22,000,000 AVAI Tokens (the Max Supply of AVAI Tokens will thus never exceed
44,000,000) that will be available for purchase in the Crowdsale Phase 2. The Price of one (1)
AVAI Token in Phase 2 and other conditions of the Crowdsale Phase 2 will be set
subsequently.
