That seems rather useless. There's already dozens of threads about this topic, or about any notable exchange really.

Anyhow, if you want to trade BTC -> Altcoins, i don't see why you would use anything other than Binance for popular altcoins.

USD -> BTC i'd personally use Coinbase/Bitstamp, (although i'm not that big of a fan of them either) considering all the issues bitfinex and kraken have.
