You know that the person selling the bitcoins has a far greater risk than you do, right? Even if you use an escrow, you'll be able to chargeback up to half a year later.

I'm pretty sure the only way you can get a deal by using paypal is to either be trusted here on the forum, or use LocalBitcoins, where you'll probably need to provide your identity, and you'll probably pay 125%+ preev rate.
