This is not a true opinion that Russian crypto scam projects. There are many decent and ingenious guys among Russian-speaking programmers. What is only Vitaly Buterin.

I could not agree with an argument that there are a few of Russian speaking investors. I know some of them, usually they have business in Europe or USA, but not in Russia
