no, people are dumping used graphics cards now to cut their losses. they bought in high to ride the crypto wave, and they dont want to deal with the slump.
i've purchased tons of used graphics cards over the years, and not a single one has ever been bad. i've actually had more bad cards that were bought brand new than used cards.
Nobody cares about used cards or new cards, same as guy few posts above that running p104 @150W, my p104's handle 40Mhs @108W and i purchased it from crypto money, not putting own fiat money at all, so that'si've purchased tons of used graphics cards over the years, and not a single one has ever been bad. i've actually had more bad cards that were bought brand new than used cards.
reasonable to "buy" it at almost free instead your "100$ cost"
Btw MSI has one year warranty on mining P104-100, other have 3 months
