if the tokens run out on the bounty before the ICO ends, will additional tokens be allocated to continue the bounty? 
Currently, the bounty company will receive 2.5% of the total number of tokens sold. The minimum required to implement the campaign is 304 000, but the budget may increase to 4500 000 tokens.
This is a very small budget for a PR campaign.
