Another week goes by, another message from Mercatox giving me a fobbed off answer as to where my money is.

I have been waiting 2 months now for my XSG and still nothing.

This exchange is the biggest scam I've ever had to deal with.

They won't just admit that the money has been stolen and tell us what they are going to do to resolve it.

Absolute shocking disgrace of customer service.
