People gamble not just for entertainment because of the chance to win big money. It is entertaining because it gives you excitement even if you lose in the end.

. Maybe there are some gamblers who do this kind of action to prevent being depressed I think. Sometimes when I gamble, I'm doing the same thing. Being happy despite of losing all of my money. This prevents me from being stressed and one more, if I have some profit already I already buy some foods so that even I lose all of my money at least my stomachs isn't lost Yes, to start feeling better after losing is unusual but it happens. Of course it's hard to imagine someone feeling better after losing everything, but if you were stressed by death of a loved one or divorce, or because of the stupid anxiety out of no reasons at all, losing $20 to an online game can help you to go back to normal. There are many various remedies from stress because each case is individual. For some it's Kava root and for others it's Valerian, for some it's a good TV show and for others it's gambling. Some people would feel better if they won, and others would feel better if they lost. And you can't replace that with playing online games as well as you can't replace Snoop Dogg with Justin Bieber.
