If you are a bounty hunter and you are not careful enough, yes, there's a good chance you'll promote scam projects too.
And I know that it's hard to find the bounty, join before the limited number of places fills up and also research the background of the project you'll promote.
You have no chance to promote only 'not scam' ICO projects. Even when you're doing a big amount of research there can be only one guy that decide to make a really good project's environment and than you're promoting a scam ICO.
