I never use bitcoin to buy any illegal stuffs. Yes. Anyone whose using bitcoin can buy illegal things becuse no one can trace them except if they want some meetups. They're (fiat & bitcoin) like the same since you can still buy illegal stuffs if you really want to.

Just always be precautious in transacting.
