A good friend showed me his benefits on Big Pump Signal, about 5% in the last 2 weeks, I believe so, but I've always heard that these things were a scam.

The good thing is you already have an idea about those kind of group.
You can do something about it.
Used them for your own good. Do not sign up for anything thhay has payment. Just be there looking for tips that might help into what token you are trading.
But I bet they wont share anything like that unless you pay.
Lastly, do not just believe in everything they say.
