Thanks for making the P2Pool network stronger

I've been thinking that perhaps some of the P2Pool share variables could still be optimized, notably SHARE_PERIOD and TARGET_LOOKBEHIND, which I must admit I do not fully understand. Even a couple of gigahashes will not produce a steady stream of shares, it seems Embarrassed
