The current market dispensation does not favour those who have invested in ethereum when the price was $700. The price is currently less than $400 leaving those investors at loss.

maybe after the investors who bought ETH at $700 will sell their ETH that will be the time they the market will go rise again. the least you expect is when the trend starts to rally up. so i suggest those investors who bout at the price of more then $600 sell their ETH again. that would be less stressful for you
save the market from this depression. if you could afford to buy while the price is high, the more you could buy more after you sell it
