I agree with you, it is a good time for making ICO just now. And many altcoins are growing right now.

We all very hoop for this, especially there many important events with Bitcoin at the end of the year - ETF funds approving and Baakt.

I pay more attention to Baakt, because ETF can be delayed up to february and Baakt will be run by 12 of december.
