Calls to the PSTN (to a subscribers mobile number or to a landline number) are paid features that are currently available only to customers of those operators who are integrated into the Bubbletone system. If you do not want to provide access to your contacts, what are you planning to use a messenger for? You will not be able to communicate with the messenger users. In this case, you have to install paid functionality.
is it possible to just allow bubbletone app to access just one contact every time a user want to? lets say i'm in Singapore right now and then i wanna contact someone from my country i'd dial using the app but the only it can access is the only contact i allow it to? maybe this can be done as part of security in the app.
