You are right, I don't know it for sure. I've just noticed news about soft cap and thought that it is true, I wasn't interested in checking smart contract and making so deep analysis.

There is not much that can be trusted about Adab Haraam exchange. They are associated with the Russian bounty scammers whitetoo and 520bit and Russian bounty RoyalTeam scammers that buy any account they can get hold of just to flood threads like sock-puppets to create fake buzz and hype
