In all renowned English Dictionaries "scam" is mentioned as a synonym for "fraud". According to my English speaking email partners "scam" definitely belongs to active vocabulary, specially in the USA.
That's exactly what I'm speaking about: the word "scam" is an international word and can be found in any
dictionary.
But the Russian court said this word didn't belong to active vocabulary, so it can't be considered as an expression that offends company's dignity and honor. That was one of the reason why the court refused to require Worldcore's demands. Uneducated people. LOL.
