You can of course meet up with your target, but as at the time you made this post, which was around August, you are not likely going to make upto that this year, considering some exigencies. Most projects are not ready to list now, despite paying their hunters. Some of them are postponing the payment. Everything that is happening boils down to the bearish state of the market. So your making it might extend till next year.
