My guess is that we'll see a small alt pump in Q4 2018 and a true bull run in late 2019
No one has any idea about next Bull Run or may be something else because no one can predict the future exactly and almost all predictions about Bitcoins future value are uncertain to its actual values when we experience them actually. I have no correct prediction but it is clear that predictions will be uncertain and I think that it will take two months more in order to regain its value and make an excellent position again.
I agree, no one can predict the future but there will be signs that will show what will be the next market. As we can see, there should be factors that one must met before it enters bull market, or there will be a price increase. One of which is adoption. If there will be an upcoming huge mass adoption, it is a sign that the market will be bullish. I believe one of that sign is BAKKT. I believe the bull phase will start on the launch of the BAKKT platform which I think is Dec.
