OP - as someone who is into zerocoin and dark wallets, do you know much about bitcoin tumbling? I've never used a tumbling service myself but it seems like tumbling might address issues of anonymity for those who want anonymity. What would get everyone else to switch over?
Is tumbling where the payment goes through various transactions before arriving at it's destination?
Yeah, it's just a way of laundering money by bouncing transactions around.
