Its more likely for the weedlovers to do so because in many countries weed is illegals still they try to contact dealers to get hold of their shit because they are addicts. If OP is infact defaulting, it will make it more difficult for this user to create accounts in the future.
They could just start with a brand new persona. Thats how most people got red tagged came back here. A totally new name, new bitcoin address and so on. 
Fair, but he seems to have put quite a bit of work into music on that persona. IDK why he would ruin that with such a small loan.
