Payment to be given on 2022 is for dividend or reward payment for shareholders. Distribution of dividend payment is 4 years after it was launched, maybe bacause profit collected within that period will be use for the development and improvement of the project.
Actually, giving dividend is one of the benefit of Atlantico Network and not all companies are giving rewards. But Atlantico is very generous for giving dividend and buyback.
