How many tokens will be circulating during the first year? I have got it that team tokens and advisors one's will be locked for year, but what about storage that will be in hold of Instant Access Medical? Will it have an ability to enter the market or will be only used in operations within the platform?
iAM will stick to the following token distribution allocations:
50% - For Contributors during the Token Sale
38% - iAM Reserve
8% - Team & Founders
4% - Community & Incentives
The iAM Reserve will be set up using retained tokens after the crowd sale (38% of issued tokens). The function of the iAM Reserve is to ensure sufficient additional liquidity to power the healthcare token economy. Tokens are sold to Enterprise Partners at a convenience premium over the market price and are used to pay for access licenses and to transact with the platform governed by their service contract. When iAM collects tokens from the enterprise partner for use of the platform, the iAM reserve is replenished. Thus a key element of the Token economy (expressly velocity) is established. Liquidity is ensured by the iAM Reserve maintaining adequate token levels, with top ups (or sell offs) made possible at external exchanges.
