That is out of the control of the dev you should ask from support but it will get processed maybe they are doing it manually. I don't think it is big problem to get worried about this.
Liqui sent my sonm token and it seem they processed it manually.
Every single time SONM price gets momentum and starting to rise the whole crypto market just drop off 10% in few hours and everyone throw everything from their hands and escape into bitcoin and tether. This is a tragicomedy! 
no worries sonm will have the biggest bull run! people still can accumulate before big bull run.
