If you check through their posts, you'll see that the OP has the same shitty english as the original account, while the new crypto-bit posts are more gramatically correct.
It's the same typing style.
Everything in this thread indicates that registered is the correct owner of the account.

I know its my fault..and I admit it...I want to quit here in bitcointalk but before that of course i want to make money on my account thats why i tried to sell it to telegram and skype but unfortunately i got scam by this shitty indians in skype..they use to create fake Escrow and my mistake that i did not check it and they get my account via social engineering..I know and I fully admit it..Thats why they change my account profile..but my private keys I did not give to them..So now i want to tagged my account so that it cannot use by scammer..
My mistake is my mistake and i take all responsibility on it.
Account should remain in -ve, no matter OP get it back or not because even if they do get it back, they will try to sell it again.
We don't want to see another scammer running around forum holding account with positive trust and trying to scam someone. I've seen more than enough lately, unfortunately.
