Almost all ICO have whitepaper and roadmap. The lack of one of these dokumentovvyzyvat huge suspicion. I wouldn't begin to participate such project for investments. It is very bad omen, in my opinion. It is necessary to look for such ICO which have these documents.
not much people read whitepapers of the ICO projects. of course such document must be developed but it doesn't give you a guarantee that the project is fair.
