Sure. It's explained in detail in the white paper and the announcement above. But, basically, they will be carbon credits in the form of ERC-20 tokens. Investors will send them to a pre-funded smart contract and be able to cash out ETH. That is only possible due to the mere fact that those carbon credits are sellable on the Voluntary Carbon Credits market.
