An Important Patientory Product Update
Hello,
Patientory Inc. wanted to provide you a quick update on a current product bug experienced by some of our users for our beta DApp.
Currently, the PTOY Wallet in the DApp is pointing to Permissioned PTOYNet and not that of the ethereum main net. As a result, it will not currently accept transfers from the main ethereum net directly. Any transfers initiated using the DAPP wallet will still reside in the ethereum main net only at the same wallet address (DApp address).
If users execute the above actions, they will not be able to see their balance in the DApp. Users, however, can see their balance using other wallets such as metamask.io by connecting to the mainethereum net.
We also wanted to let you know that we are currently working on a fix to point our wallet to connect to both mainethereum net and PTOYNet. We will let you know as soon as it is ready - until then, please refrain from using PTOY wallet to avoid confusion.
