Hello, i dont know  if i'm in the right section but sometimes i'm facing chargeback from scammers  on paypal

Can you tell me what is the advantage to get paid  with paypal balance ?   
And if the buyers  fund his paypal balance with his credit card ?  its still worth to get paid with paypal balance ?
