One thing i am uncertain of that what is the reason on why is the tracking software using a blockchain? Is it really necessarily needed?
I think it is only needed for customers to be sure there was no fraud or tempering with the data.
I was thinking the same. If i were a customer, i would trust them more with a blockchain transparency.
That's one of the reasons why many projects use a blockchain, because transparency is something many customers demand.
