you have to distinguish product(which I really like) and the team, bunch of pathetic liars(card release in 2017, money2020, summer 2018, 1m users in 2018 and recently Singapore roll out which turn out to be release only for the team). List of lies is endless but you choose to be blind on that. Be more objective cause now you sound like paid shiller.
From what I can tell, they are good guys, the only shortcoming I can see is Kris painting rainbows only and keeping silent about setback - typical old world comms style, minding his background of old world is explaining it. No bad intentions, just an for us undesired behavior pattern. But overall one has also to say they improve they comms step by step, eg the wp2.0 delay was announced upfront. The CMO posted a PDF in the community many weeks ago explaining the bumpy road and setback / delays they faced.
