These are 100% no 280x.
Fan rpm > 4500 = ref design which tells me --> 290/290x.

Yeah, I checked out pilotchup's other posts and you're right, they're reference 290's.
My Gigabyte GTX670 OC (WF3 fans) has a max fan speed of 4650RPM, that's why I was thinking they might be 7970/280X's (with the same WF3 cooler).
